Park Hyatt Hotel and
Stillwater Spa, Toronto


A full renovation of both the exterior and interior of this hotel, the ballrooms, banquet rooms and both restaurants (Morton's Steak House and Annona) were expanded and refinished. The north tower was stripped to its skeletal concrete structure and two new floors were added, along with a spectacular two-storey gallery connection to the south tower. A grand entry and porte-cochere were established and a 12,000-sqare-foot spa built on the lower level.
